What we look for

Depth over breadth. Five years of NetSuite beats fifteen years of “full-stack.”

Finance fluency. You can sit through a month-end close without your eyes glazing over.

Async by default. We're spread across eight countries. You should be comfortable writing things down.

Ship, don't deck. We measure work in things that go live, not slides that explain things.
